ULT Fresh Frozen-In-Plant Products

Known as “fresh freeze,” these products are caught and brought fresh to the plant to be frozen at ULT temperatures. While these items are not frozen-onboard, Transmarina is the only facility in South America that fresh freezes in plant, and stores at -76°F, making it the industry leader of freshly frozen product.
