Brine Frozen products

Among Tristan’s line of products we offer Brine Frozen products. In this method whole fish are frozen at the traditional freezing temperatures. Once taken to the plant, they undergo the same processing steps as all other ULT frozen products.

Additional ULT Frozen-On-Board, ULT Fresh Frozen-In-Plant, and Brine frozen products are available in the same presentations as ULT Tuna, and we are happy to work with any specific client requirements.
