Q: Isn’t previously frozen tuna considered low quality tuna?
A: Tuna frozen under regular freezing conditions is low quality tuna. But tuna that has been previously frozen and kept at Ultra Low Temperatures retains the same characteristics as tuna that has just been caught, making it high-grade sashimi quality tuna.
